CUE Rental is a fictional two-person equipment rental business in Coimbra. Marta handles enquiries and approves quotes; Duarte prepares cameras, audio and lighting for freelance video makers and small production teams.
What brought the problem into view
A customer wants to collect a camera at 13:00. Its repair ends at noon, but it still needs two hours of preparation. On the calendar it looks free. For that collection time, it is not ready.
How it worked before
Marta reads each email, checks the equipment list and booking calendar, asks Duarte about maintenance, then writes a reply. A change of date or quantity means checking those records again.
