BENCH & PAPER / SAMPLE 01
How to use and maintain the setup

1. Keep the business context and reusable instructions together. Make a dated copy before changing the rules.
2. Use only a tool and data-handling arrangement approved for the work. Start with anonymised examples; do not paste customer records into an unapproved service.
3. Insert the message and only facts already confirmed by the owner. Missing availability or price must stay unknown.
4. Generate a draft. Check each rule and separate the customer draft from the internal owner notes.
5. Consult the diary and confirm any installation cost. Edit the draft before sending it yourself.
6. Record useful and failed examples in the test sheet. Count substantial corrections and measure total handling time, including checking and rewriting, when evaluating value.
7. If the setup repeatedly breaks a critical rule, return to the current method and review the instructions. Recheck the examples when the tool, model or business rules change.

HANDOVER BOUNDARY
The files show how to operate a reviewed setup. They do not connect to email, send replies, access the diary or make bookings. Those actions need separate implementation and agreement.

WHAT A PAID PILOT ADDS
Your approved context and examples; a comparison with your current method; named tools/settings; observed outputs, review time and cost; a recommendation and limitations; one clarification revision.

This fictional sample includes authored replies and an unrun test plan. It is not evidence of a particular model's performance.
