BENCH & PAPER / SAMPLE 01
Business context — furniture shop
Fictional example, prepared to show the handover format.

TASK
Draft a first reply to a delivery and installation enquiry. The owner approves the reply before it is sent.

CURRENT METHOD
Read the customer email, collect missing details, consult the diary, confirm the installation cost and write a reply manually.

BUSINESS RULES
1. Ask for the delivery postcode if it is missing.
2. Do not confirm a delivery date until the owner has checked the diary and explicitly supplied an available slot.
3. Do not invent or assume an installation price. An absent price is unknown, not zero.
4. Do not imply that a booking has been made or a diary checked by the AI.
5. If a request falls outside the supplied information, flag it for the owner.

TONE
Clear, friendly and brief. Match the customer's language. Avoid sales language and unnecessary technical terms.

INPUTS FOR EACH DRAFT
- An anonymised customer message.
- Any availability or price that the owner has already confirmed.
- These business rules, with a version and date.

OUTPUT
- A proposed customer reply.
- A separate internal checklist of missing details and owner checks.

OUT OF SCOPE
Sending messages, making bookings, changing prices, taking payment, and accessing the diary automatically.

REVIEW OWNER
The shop owner. Update these rules whenever the delivery policy changes.
